IMP@CT (WEB based) - MIS for MFIs. An enterprise Resource Management Software for the large Micro Finance Institution (MFI) consisting of the micro credit management system, Finance system, Impact analysis system, Budget management system, HR and Payroll system, Fixed asset Management system, & sales/Purchase/inventory Management system. Includes integration of appropriate technology such as PDA, Palm Tops, and Mobile GSM/SMS/WAP facilitiesTBF has been using the software since early 2002.

Micro IMP@CT (Client Server Version) has the following:

1. Micro credit management system that starts from the Aid request through a project proposal, takes care of all validations required for the loan and goes up to the utilization and repayment of the loan.

2. Group Management system that includes demographic details where SHG is located. It also gives details of SHG members and their families with their family member details.

3. Financial Management system that supports entire financial functions of the NGO which can be captured and reports can be generated as per CGAP standards.

4. IMP@CT Analysis that provides for scientific evaluation of Social Transformation, which is a result of micro finance program.

Client Server version of CORE IMP@CT consisting of SHG management and micro credit management. This is a minimum requirement for a NGO to keep track of the functioning of SHGs under it on a day-to-day basis. SHG is a simplified form of portfolio management with limited validations to suit smaller organizations.
