With the liberalization process vis-à-vis Insurance in India we also visualize an untapped opportunity in the Micro Insurance segment, which emerges as a natural corollary to any Micro Finance Activity. Hence, our subsequent product suites were developed to address issues pertaining to Online Insurance Training, Claims Processing, Auto Underwriting, Agency Management, Lead Generation/Analysis, Insurance Policy Customer Satisfaction Evaluation, and Specialized Market Analyses. We have also developed several products to cater to the emerging requirements of the Development sector.

The First Version of IMP@CT was installed at The Bridge Foundation, Bangalore , an NGO which has been in existence over two decades and has approximately 70,000 beneficiaries. Based on this experience IMP@CT has been undergoing further upgradation and is now fully geared to meet the requirements of domestic and International Micro Finance Institutions.

Bangladesh, which is referred to as the NGO capital of the world since it has the highest concentration of Micro Finance Institutions worldwide, is an important market for IMP@CT. In this direction, Omnisoft is in the process of signing a Joint Venture with one of the largest Business Houses in Bangladesh.
