TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Send Information: When required,
money transfers sent or received in the U.S. or its territories
will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service in accordance
with the Currency and Foreign Transaction Reporting act 1970.
Receive Information: A money transfer will normally be
available for pick up by the identified recipient of the money
transfer (the "Receiver") after the transfer is authorized,
at a Otco MoneyOrder Agent location indicated for the service
selected during the location's hours of operation.
The Receiver is required to produce valid identification when
receiving funds. Transactions that have not been received after
45 days will generally be available only as a refund to the Sender.
Currency Exchange: All international
Transactions will be paid in local currency, In addition to the
transfer fee applicable to the transaction, a currency exchange
rate will be applied (except for transfer accomplished totally
in Euro Currency). The currency tendered will be converted at
exchange rate set by OTCO MoneyOrder or its agents. Any difference
between the rate given to the customer and the rate received by
OTCO MoneyOrder or its agents will be kept by OTCO MoneyOrder
its agents in addition to the transfer fees.
Refund Information: The sender may
request refund of the principal amount and cancellation of the
money transfer either by writing to OTCO MoneyOrder or visiting
the Money Transfer Agent location where the transfer originated.
Refunds at an Agent location will normally be paid by check. Written
refund request will be paid by check mailed to the Sender at the
address appearing on the send form. Refund of service charges
will be made upon written request of the sender to OTCO MoneyOrder
if the money transfer was not available to the recipient within
the time specified for the selected service, subject to the business
hours of the location selected for payment and other special conditions.
Refund requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original
send form, and will be processed within thirty days of receipt
of a valid written request.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NENO MONEYORDER BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES FOR DELAY,
NONDELIVERY, NONPAYMENT OR UNDERPAYMENT OF THIS MONEY TRANSFER,
WHETHER DUE TO THE FAULT, ERROR OR OMISSION OF OTCO MONEYORDER
OR ITS AGENTS, FOR MORE THAN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF THE MONEY
TRANSFER PLUS THE SERVICE FEE, except as otherwise provided by
law. No liability is accepted for variances or service delays
due to local regulations or cause beyond the control of OTCO MoneyOrder.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OTCO MONEYORDER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OTCO MoneyOrder may pay a portion of the consumer fee to the company
receiving the bill payment.
PRIVACY NOTICE: 1. We save the nonpublic personal
information you give us and the details of your transactions. We
may disclose your name, address, and phone number to companies that
market for us or with us. We may disclose nonpublic personal information
as permitted, or required, by law. 2. We restrict access to nonpublic
personal information about you to those employees and agents who
need to know that information in order to provide products or service
to you. We have security practices and procedures in place to ensure
compliance with our policy.

are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive
communications from us electronically. We will communicate with
